After completing MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Thrissur - Kerala, she pursued a career in Ophthalmology and cleared the DNB Examination from the National Board of Examinations - New Delhi. To begin with, she worked as a special trainee at RIO-GOH, Egmore and since then, she has been actively rendering services in this field. She manages General Ophthalmology and keeps a special interest towards the field of Glaucoma.
