We show up to work with a smile and we smile all day and we go home smiling as well because we love what we do and we love to be able to provide that same feeling for the patient, patients who haven’t smiled perhaps for years because of the way it looks or feels and then for us to be able to create a smile for them where they can live life smiling and then affect the people around them as well to improve their lives is just what we love to do. We realize that we are a dental office and people are very apprehensive and they don’t like coming here so what we are trying to do is create an experience where it just takes the apprehension and everything out of the situation so when patients come in, we give them a tour of the office so they are familiar with everything, we like to introduce everyone by name, use their name and when they get in the chair,that’s going to make their visit more comfortable and that allows us to have a better relationship with them and then they can actually go through and get their dentistry done and really achieve the smile that they want to achieve. The patient comes first really and when we evaluate any new procedure or product or anything that we are going to use, we always look as to whether it is going to benefit the patient or is it not going to benefit the patient.
