The Procedure

Your teeth are cleaned with pumice slurry, and the shade of light-cured composite is selected. A composite bonding agent is applied to the tooth surfaces and is light cured for ten seconds. Then a thin layer of flowable composite resin is applied making sure that its tucks into the interproximal spaces. The fiber strip is now positioned and pressed onto the teeth and cured for two to three seconds. If necessary, the composite side of the fiber is polished.
